Develop push-pace dribbling without losing control.

The constraint

Sprint baseline-to-baseline pushing the ball ahead, finish at rim. 8 reps each hand.

CLA principle

Coupling speed of locomotion with ball control.

Coaching points

  • One dribble per stride at top speed.
  • Push the ball, don't pound it.
  • Eyes up court.

Common mistakes

  • Dribbling beside the body — slows you.
  • Choppy steps.
