Develop push-pace dribbling without losing control.
The constraint
Sprint baseline-to-baseline pushing the ball ahead, finish at rim. 8 reps each hand.
CLA principle
Coupling speed of locomotion with ball control.
Coaching points
- One dribble per stride at top speed.
- Push the ball, don't pound it.
- Eyes up court.
Common mistakes
- Dribbling beside the body — slows you.
- Choppy steps.
