The constraint

Mikan finish → out to 3pt line with combo move → mikan again. 60 seconds.

CLA principle

Cycle between fine motor (handle) and gross motor (finish).

Coaching points

  • Soft hands at the rim.
  • Game-speed move outside the arc.

Common mistakes

  • Jogging through reps.
