The constraint
Mikan finish → out to 3pt line with combo move → mikan again. 60 seconds.
CLA principle
Cycle between fine motor (handle) and gross motor (finish).
Coaching points
- Soft hands at the rim.
- Game-speed move outside the arc.
Common mistakes
- Jogging through reps.
