Build ambidextrous control and rhythm with simultaneous and alternating dribbles.

The constraint

Pound, pound-crossover, alternating, low-high. 30s each, 5 rounds.

CLA principle

Self-organization of bilateral rhythm under fatigue.

Coaching points

  • Eyes up the entire time.
  • Push the floor — don't slap.
  • Fingertip control, not palm.

Common mistakes

  • Looking at the balls.
  • Equal height dribbles — defeats alternating purpose.
