The constraint
Pound, pound-crossover, alternating, low-high. 30s each, 5 rounds.
CLA principle
Self-organization of bilateral rhythm under fatigue.
Coaching points
- Eyes up the entire time.
- Push the floor — don't slap.
- Fingertip control, not palm.
Common mistakes
- Looking at the balls.
- Equal height dribbles — defeats alternating purpose.
